Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through bulkymart.in, operated by HUM TUM, a partnership firm registered in Delhi, India.

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Customers are therefore requested to review their order details carefully before completing payment.

1. Customer Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been packed, processed for dispatch, handed over to a courier partner, or shipped.

A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. Once an order enters the packing or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

An order generally cannot be cancelled once:

  • The product has been packed or processed for dispatch
  • A shipping label or shipment has been generated and the parcel has entered the courier process
  • The order has been handed over to the courier partner
  • The order has already been shipped
  • The product is specifically marked as non-cancellable on the product page, where applicable

If an order has already been shipped, customers should refer to our Return and Refund Policy to determine whether the product is eligible for return after delivery.

3. Refund on Cancellation

For prepaid orders that qualify for cancellation, the refund is generally processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation is approved.

The actual time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other payment method used for the transaction.

Customers will not be charged a cancellation fee for an eligible cancellation unless a specific non-refundable charge was clearly disclosed before purchase.

4. Cancellation by Bulky Mart

In certain circumstances, Bulky Mart may cancel an order. These circumstances may include:

  • Product becoming unavailable or out of stock
  • Incorrect product information or an obvious pricing error
  • Payment verification or payment-processing issues
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
  • Delivery location being unserviceable
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction
  • Technical or system-related errors affecting the order
  • Other circumstances that make fulfilment reasonably impossible

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us and payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Address or Order Modification Requests

Customers should carefully verify the product, quantity, variant, delivery address, and contact details before completing the order.

Requests to modify an order or delivery address may be considered only if the order has not entered processing, packing, or shipping.

We cannot guarantee that modification requests can be accommodated after an order has been placed.

6. Duplicate or Accidental Orders

If a customer accidentally places a duplicate order, they should contact our support team as soon as possible.

We will attempt to cancel the duplicate order if it has not already entered packing or shipment processing.

7. Misuse of Cancellation Requests

Repeated cancellations, fake orders, fraudulent activity, or misuse of this policy may result in restrictions on future orders or additional verification requirements.

Such measures are intended to protect our customers and business from fraudulent or abusive transactions.

8. Relationship With Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation applies primarily before an order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, any request for return, refund, damaged-product assistance, or other after-sales resolution will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and other applicable policies.

Customers are encouraged to review all applicable policies before placing an order.
