Order Cancellation Policy — Bulky Mart

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are packed or dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refund on Cancellation

For prepaid orders that qualify for cancellation, a refund is generally processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

For COD orders, no payment refund is applicable if the order is cancelled within the valid cancellation window because no advance payment has been collected, unless any partial payment was taken.

4. Important Notes

Repeated cancellations, fake orders, abuse of COD, or misuse of this policy may result in restrictions on future orders.

Bulky Mart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, verification issues, operational limitations, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, prepaid amounts, if any, will be refunded.
