Warranty Policy — Bulky Mart

This Warranty Policy explains the warranty support applicable to products purchased through bulkymart.in.

1. Warranty Availability

Bulky Mart does not provide a separate seller warranty unless a warranty is specifically stated on the applicable product page.

Where a product is covered by an official manufacturer warranty, the warranty will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.

2. Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranty, where applicable, may cover defects in materials or workmanship according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, service locations and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer and may vary by product or brand.

Bulky Mart may assist customers with available manufacturer support or service-centre information where reasonably possible.

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

For warranty-related assistance, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product name or SKU
  • Purchase or delivery details
  • Serial number, where applicable
  • Photos or videos showing the reported issue
  • Any additional information requested for verification

Providing the above information does not by itself guarantee approval of a warranty claim.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Unless expressly covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty, warranty claims may not cover damage caused by:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Liquid or moisture damage
  • Improper installation or handling
  • Misuse, negligence or unauthorized modification
  • Unauthorized repair or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incompatible accessories or equipment
  • Damage occurring after delivery due to customer use

Final eligibility remains subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.

5. Inspection and Service

Where inspection is required, the customer may be directed to the relevant manufacturer, authorized service centre or other applicable support channel.

Repair, replacement or other warranty remedies, where applicable, will be determined according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Warranty coverage is separate from Bulky Mart's return and refund process.
