Warranty Policy — Bulky Mart

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty may apply only to eligible products as specifically indicated on their product pages. Covered issues may include manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage conditions.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

2. Warranty Duration

Bulky Mart offers a standard 30-day seller warranty only on eligible products where warranty is clearly mentioned on the product page, starting from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty support, contact us with:

Order ID
Product name or SKU
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Date of delivery
Any troubleshooting details already attempted, if applicable

If the item needs to be returned for inspection or verification, return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved by us.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

If a product carries a manufacturer warranty, we may guide you to the relevant brand’s service centre or support process. Such claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s own terms and policies.

5. Inspection and Resolution

Warranty claims may be subject to inspection, testing, and verification. Based on the case, we may offer repair support, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on stock availability, issue type, and policy eligibility.
