Return & Refund Policy — Bulky Mart

At Bulky Mart, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsuitable product, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, unless a different timeline is specifically mentioned on the product page.

2. Eligible Returns

A return request may be approved if:

You received a damaged item
The product is defective or not working, subject to verification
You received a wrong item
The product delivered is materially different from the product description
The item is unused and returned with original accessories, tags, invoice, and packaging where applicable

3. Non-Eligible Returns

A return request may be declined if:

The product has been used, installed, altered, or physically damaged by the customer
Original packaging, accessories, invoice, or essential parts are missing
The request is raised after the allowed return period
The item is marked as non-returnable, final sale, clearance, or no return on the product page
The issue is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling after delivery

For faster verification in case of damaged or wrong product claims, we recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is approved due to wrong item sent, transit damage, or verified product defect. In approved cases, we may arrange pickup where available or provide return instructions.

6. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or refund. If the return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer.

7. Replacement

Replacement is available for eligible damaged, defective, or wrong-item cases, subject to stock availability. If replacement is not possible, an appropriate refund may be issued.

8. Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval of inspection.

For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of details.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please also review our Cancellation Policy.
