Return & Refund Policy — Bulky Mart

At Bulky Mart, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible returnable product, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.

Return requests made after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

2. Eligible Returns

A return request may be approved if:

- You received a damaged item
- The product is defective or not working, subject to verification
- You received a wrong item
- The product delivered is materially different from the product description
- The item is unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in original condition with original accessories, tags, invoice, and packaging where applicable

3. Product Condition for Returns

Returned products must be in new, unused, and original condition.

Products should be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, labels, serial numbers, and invoice where applicable.

4. Non-Eligible Returns

A return request may be declined if:

- The product has been used, installed, altered, tampered with, or physically damaged by the customer
- Original packaging, accessories, invoice, serial numbers, tags, or essential parts are missing
- The request is raised after the allowed return period
- The item is marked as non-returnable, final sale, clearance, or no-return on the product page
- The issue is caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or improper handling after delivery
- The product is covered only under warranty or service support where return is not applicable

For faster verification in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product claims, we recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our support team with:

- Order ID
- Product name or SKU
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos showing the issue, where applicable
- Registered phone number or email address

6. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail/courier only.

Customers must send the eligible return item to the address or return destination provided by our support team after the return request is approved.

We do not accept walk-in returns unless specifically confirmed by our support team.

7. Return Shipping and Return Label

Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is approved due to a wrong item sent, transit damage, or a verified product defect.

For verified damaged, defective, or wrong-item cases, Bulky Mart may provide return support, pickup assistance where available, replacement, or refund after verification.

8. Restocking Fee

Bulky Mart does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

9. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect and verify the item.

If the return is approved after inspection, we will process a refund or other suitable resolution.

If the return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply where applicable.

10. Exchanges

Bulky Mart does not offer direct exchanges.

If a product is eligible for return and the return is approved, customers may place a new order for the required product after the refund or resolution is completed.

11. Replacement

Replacement may be available for eligible damaged, defective, or wrong-item cases, subject to stock availability and verification.

If replacement is not possible, an appropriate refund may be issued.

12. Refund Timeline and Method

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method after customer details are confirmed.

Refund processing time may also depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment method.

13. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order may be handled under this Return & Refund Policy after delivery, if eligible.

14. Warranty

Some products may include warranty where specifically mentioned on the product page, invoice, or product documentation.

Warranty terms may vary by product, brand, manufacturer, supplier, or service provider.

Warranty does not automatically mean return eligibility. Warranty claims may be handled through repair, replacement, service support, or manufacturer/supplier process depending on the product.
