Thank you for shopping with Bulky Mart. We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping, dispatch, delivery, and free shipping practices.

1. Delivery Coverage

Bulky Mart ships products across India to serviceable PIN codes. Delivery availability depends on courier partner coverage, local restrictions, and PIN code serviceability.

Some remote, restricted, or temporarily unserviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery. If your delivery location is not serviceable, we may contact you to cancel or modify the order before dispatch.

2. Free Shipping Across India

Bulky Mart offers free standard shipping across India on all products listed on our website, subject to delivery PIN code serviceability.

Customers are not charged a separate standard shipping fee at checkout for serviceable orders.

If any special delivery option, express delivery service, or location-specific exception applies in the future, it will be clearly shown before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 10 business days for most serviceable locations after order confirmation.

Remote, less accessible, or hard-to-service locations may take longer depending on courier network availability, local conditions, and serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public restrictions, peak demand, transport disruption, or other external circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 working hours after successful payment or Cash on Delivery confirmation, wherever COD is available.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed for all products. Dispatch depends on product availability, order confirmation time, warehouse processing, and courier pickup schedule.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and eligible PIN codes.

COD availability, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

If COD is not available for a product or delivery location, customers may choose from the available prepaid payment options shown at checkout.

6. Packaging and Handling

We aim to securely pack all products to help prevent transit damage.

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or opened package, please refuse delivery where possible and contact our support team immediately.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

8. Failed Deliveries and Re-attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their delivery policy.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, incorrect phone number, repeated unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or other customer-side issues, the shipment may be returned to origin.

In such cases, Bulky Mart may contact the customer for further action.

For prepaid orders, refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy after the shipment is returned and verified.

9. Non-Deliverable Areas

Some remote, restricted, or temporarily unserviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery.

If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you to cancel or modify the order before dispatch.

For prepaid orders that cannot be delivered due to serviceability limitations, a refund will be issued according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, transport disruption, strikes, public restrictions, peak demand, natural events, courier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by such external circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to support customers and coordinate with courier partners where possible.
