Thank you for shopping with Bulky Mart. We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping, dispatch, and delivery practices.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable PIN codes across India and continue to expand our service coverage based on courier availability.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days for most serviceable areas
Remote or less accessible locations: up to 10 business days or more, depending on courier network and local serviceability

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown on the product page, cart, or checkout page before order confirmation. Free shipping may be offered on selected products, offers, or order values.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 working hours after successful payment or COD confirmation, wherever applicable.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

5. Packaging and Handling

We aim to securely pack all products to help prevent transit damage. If you receive a damaged, tampered, or opened package, please refuse delivery where possible and contact our support team immediately.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

7. Failed Deliveries and Re-attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their policy. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, incorrect phone number, repeated unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or other customer-side issues, the shipment may be returned to origin.

8. Non-Deliverable Areas

Some remote, restricted, or temporarily unserviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery. If your location is not serviceable, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for prepaid orders.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, transport disruption, strikes, public restrictions, peak demand, natural events, or courier operational issues. We are not liable for delays caused by such external circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to support you.
